You’re invited to the Kerikeri District Business Association AGM and Business Insights Evening on Wednesday 26 August at the Turner Centre.
We’ll keep the formal AGM business brief—approximately 15 minutes—before hearing from three excellent speakers:

Hear how the Turner Centre has grown into one of New Zealand’s leading regional venues, along with its future plans and ongoing contribution to Kerikeri.
FNDC Food and Alcohol Licensing Team
A practical overview of food and alcohol licensing requirements, common issues for local businesses, and an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback directly to the team.
Chris Hoffmann – Practical cybersecurity for businesses
Chris, CISO for the DTSL Group and a highly regarded national speaker, will discuss the real-world cyber risks facing New Zealand businesses—including business email compromise, AI-powered scams, passwords, MFA, staff awareness, and practical ways to reduce your risk.

CRUZ’N THE BAYZ - 5 March - 8th March 2025
The cars will be cruz'n into KERIKERI on Saturday 7th March 9.30 am - 3pm - on the Kerikeri Domain and main street for the Cruz’n the Bayz and the Kerikeri Klassic Car Show as they are collaborating and will now combined, inviting all car lovers to attend. A live band playing on the main street in Kerikeri (CBD ANZ - Showcase Jewelers- closed) and a DJ on the domain (Cobham road will be closed), creating the vibe!
Once again Cruz'n The Bayz are supporting Kerikeri and Paihia Fire Services. The Kerikeri Fire Brigade will collect the gate entry at the Kerikeri Klassic Car Show.

Your Kerikeri Business Association has been working HARD to bring you the hanging baskets back for 24/25 summer season. We have funding for a small portion of the hanging baskets through last years funding exercise, but we need more to make this possible again! FNDC is supporting this project once again with hanging the baskets, and any ongoing maintenance and fertilizing, and removal in Autumn.

The AGM is a great opportunity to have your voice heard and shape the future of the association. Before the meeting, browse the trade show to discover products and services from local businesses. What to expect:
We will open the doors at 5pm for you to peruse the Business Expo - members have the free opportunity to showcase their businesses to people that attend the AGM - there is no charge for this - and it is on the back of a successful mini business expo in May - it is a chance to network - get to know fellow Kerikeri Businesses - we know that if we support local, buy local, the whole town will prosper.
The AGM will occur after at 5.30 for 20 minutes (approximately) and will include highlights of what the Kerikeri District Business Association has achieved over the past 12 months, a chairpersons report and treasurers report and nominations and voting in of the executive committee (to represent the business association and office holders).
This will be followed by a short talk from Grant McCallum one of our MP's here in Northland, and time for Q and A, and then there will be more time to meet and greet and chatter with your fellow Kerikeri businesses and peruse what businesses have taken the opportunity to 'exhibit' at the business expo, over light refreshments.
